About the Role

We’re seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative with experience (or strong interest) in commercial roofing to develop new business and manage client relationships across an assigned territory. This is a boots-on-the-ground role for someone who understands job sites, timelines, and how to sell value—not just price.

What You’ll Do

  • Prospect and develop new commercial roofing opportunities (re-roofs, repairs, maintenance, and service contracts)
  • Meet with property managers, building owners, facility directors, and general contractors
  • Perform site visits and roof inspections (training provided if needed)
  • Prepare estimates and proposals in coordination with operations and production teams
  • Manage projects from initial contact through contract signing
  • Maintain long-term client relationships and generate repeat business
  • Track activity and pipeline using CRM tools

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in commercial roofing, construction, or B2B outside sales preferred
  • Strong ability to build trust with decision-makers
  • Comfortable working independently in the field
  • Solid communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Basic construction knowledge or willingness to learn roofing systems
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally
